Clem Srour

Clem Srour is Managing Director of Tridus Strategies and a recognized expert in Canada’s Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB) Policy. He previously served as a senior official with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), where he supported major defence procurements and the implementation of industrial participation strategies.

Clem brings deep expertise in defence procurement, ITB policy, and the integration of Canadian firms into defence supply chains. He currently advises clients on navigating ITB mechanisms, including pathways that support research and development and investment in Canadian innovation.

Within the RDII project, Clem provides strategic guidance on ITB alignment, procurement frameworks, and the development of commercialization pathways that connect Canadian SMEs with prime contractors and defence market opportunities.
