David Luxton

David Luxton is a senior defence and security executive with extensive experience across government, industry, and international markets. He currently serves on the Advisory Council for the Centre on the Future of Government at the University of Ottawa and has held executive leadership roles in defence and aerospace organizations, including as former Chief Executive Officer of Allen-Vanguard.

David brings deep expertise in defence procurement, industrial participation, and global defence markets, with a strong track record of working with government stakeholders, primes, and supply chain partners. His experience includes navigating complex procurement environments, supporting industrial growth strategies, and advancing Canadian participation in allied defence ecosystems.
