Kelly Daize

About:

Kelly Daize is the Executive Director of the Kanata North Business Association (KNBA), representing Canada’s largest technology park and overseeing Hub350, a central innovation hub supporting high-growth technology companies and ecosystem programming. She brings extensive experience in innovation ecosystem development, public–private collaboration, and the operation of shared technology and commercialization facilities.

Kelly has played a key role in the establishment and operation of major Canadian innovation initiatives, including CENGN and Area X.O., and has demonstrated a strong ability to translate strategic objectives into operational delivery. Her experience includes stakeholder coordination, program execution, facility management, and engagement with government, industry, and academic partners.

Accountable Executive, RDII Project

For the RDII project, Kelly serves as the Accountable Executive. She holds responsibility for governance, financial oversight, and compliance with the RDII Contribution Agreement, including authorization of claims and reporting to FedDev Ontario. She oversees overall project delivery and ensures alignment across partners in accordance with approved objectives.
